Priya Shah, MD

Dr. Priya Shah is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract surgery. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. She spent a year working on cutting-edge glaucoma research at Baylor College of Medicine, resulting in publications in the Investigative Ophthalmology and Visual Science journal. She completed an internship at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC, before moving to New York for her residency training at NYU Langone Health.

Dr. Shah specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology and cataract surgery, including premium intraocular lens implantation, femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery, and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). Dr. Shah speaks conversational Spanish, Gujarati, and Hindi.
